We accept the following payment methods:
A non-refundable retainer fee of 25% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
Reschedule Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without penalty. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
Refund Policy:
The retainer fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your session entirely, you will forfeit the retainer fee. If we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
Discounts:
We offer a 10% discount for active military personnel and first responders. Please provide valid identification at the time of booking to receive the discount.
